Selected Client Experience
Beyond my permanent roles, I have consulted for a range of clients across e-commerce, SaaS, and consumer goods industries. Projects included:
US based, leading manufacturer of beauty products
The client develops and sells beauty products on their shopify shop.
I was hired for a data audit.
They had lost trust in their onsite/UX and marketing data. After a series of freelancers were hired for on the fly projects around tracking and data analysis, the client was left without handover or documentation. Hence, there was nobody familiar with the setup, which led to natural scepticism about their data stack when discrepancies between tools' data were recognized.
Dog Food brand
The client is a Germany based manufacturer and seller of vegetarian and vegan dog food, as well as accessories. I support the client in various projects, including:
- Building onsite reporting and consulting on attribution models
- Consent management and privacy-compliant tracking solutions
- Ongoing analytics support on UX, RFM model development and marketing controlling
- Transfer to server side tracking in Shopify environment
- Setting up a new tracking and analytics infrastructure
- Training marketing, controlling and analysts in GA4 and BigQuery

Investment Analysis for post exit founders
The clients are two founders after exit who requested support to structure and analyze S&P500 and NASDAQ data for investment opportunities. I consulted with risk hedging advice when building a diversified portfolio. Further I built the pipeline to extract ticker data from NASDAQ and Sharadar, structured the data in BigQuery and incorporated it into an interactive dashboard. With the dashboard, the clients were able to slice and dice through the data, looking at industries and potential outcomes based on a tickers contribution to the overall or industrial performance over time.
- Consulting on risk hedging and portfolio diversification
- Building the data pipeline for NASDAQ ticker extraction via Sharadar as well as NASDAQ API
- Structure the data (in BigQuery) for reporting requirements

- Cleaned up and optimized the Google Tag Manager infrastructure.
- Developed onsite/user experience (UX) reporting to start continuous optimization of the webshop performance.
